Dottie Seattle Lager is an Amber Session Lager (4.9% ABV, 25 IBU) that is made from the world-class brewing ingredients grown right here in Washington State.
This truly is a Seattle Lager, the base grain is 100% Washington Select grown barley. The specialty grains, Vienna, Munich, and Melanoidin, are predominately grown in the southeast counties of the state and the generous helping of American Nobel Hops: Magnum & Liberty hops that balances out this malty brew are grown by farmers in the Yakima Valley.
Dottie pours a clean and clear copper-reddish color with a frothy white head. The beer’s medium body and crisp finish results is a great all-season session beer best known for its sweet biscuit flavors.

The Company’s Founder and Brewmaster, Rick Hewitt, has been bringing new beers to life as a home brewer since his grad schools days at the University of Washington in 2005.
