Organic Southwest Washington cranberries intertwine with organic Washington dessert apples to create our limited-release fall seasonal cider. This cider is first fermented to dry, then blended with the juice of sustainably grown organic cranberries farmed by Starvation Alley Farm on the SW Washington coast. An infusion of wild rosehips, sweetened by autumn’s mild frost, anchors Cranberry Rosehip in the native botany of the Olympic Peninsula. Gathered from the woods and hedges encasing the Peninsula, the rosehips impart an earthy essence balanced by sweet-tart fresh cranberry. Crisp, clean, and a vibrant ruby red with subtle floral aromas. Semi-sweet.
